Could not be happier with the job they did. Anthony is honest, hard working, and makes sure the customer is happy. He didn’t try and sell me on anything more then I needed in order to make a larger profit and gave me all options to fix/replace our upstairs ac unit.
Anthony was well priced, educated us on all options, and did not try to unfairly up sell us. Our AC did not work, he came out the same day to assess the problem, and swapped it out the very next day, so we wouldn’t have to live in the heat. Thank you!
Great service from start to finish. The guys came to the house and did a proper calculation, recommended a couple of different options, and was very helpful through the process. Installation was smooth, techs did a great job, and we are very pleased with our new system. We had three other companies bid on the replacement and Southern Seasons had the best service and best price of them all.
I called Southern Seasons and asked if they could come out one day after our unit was malfunctioning. They showed up early in the morning and changed out a couple of parts.. They did great work and we have cold air again! Thanks guys, I’ll definitely give you a call next time something breaks.
5 star service!! Anthony Came right out and fixed the clogged Hvac drain line of my deaf/blind neighbors home. He was very reasonable! Anthony told me what time he was coming even text me with on the way so I could go over and help my neighbor when he arrived. That’s top notch service !!!! Awesome!
